Overall, the experience was wonderful. The car was still heing cleaned when I arrived to collect it even 1 hr after I'd said I'd be there. Perhaps a little more time taken to explain the vehicle, when the response to the first question " Have you driven this type of vehicle before?" Was no. Explaining the fuel gauge would be one thing as it was digital, I presume. The vehicle itself was a VW Tiguan. Beautiful vehicle to drive.
